I found this in the Text Box Forum.

"Finally!!!!!!! After getting a response from FreeTextBox that they did not support DNN problems and after looking everywhere for an answer... I found the solution. Get rid of FreeTextBox (FTB) and install FCKEditor. I spent hours trying to find a fix and downloaded FCKEditor from DNN site, installed it in 5 minutes and everything worked, with a ton of new features. I did this on an early version of DNN 3.1.1

I hope this helps others save time."

I did install FckEditor but when I try to use it I only see a blank square.
Below the aquare is to buttons, one to customize the editor and another one.

Anyone knows how to get the FckEditor to work.

It allso does not work on Firefox, the old editor did.

It seems to be a problem with a bad installation. please review your installation steps

F.Y.I. : FCKeditor is now the default editor since 4.5
