Agreed... I'm pretty sure I have version 2.6 working OK - although just because it says its version 2.6 I guess only means the version number js file has been updated :) based on other posts on this forum I'm thinking that the FCK editor provider checks the brower's type and version and then determines itself whether that particular browser is supported or not. I think this is set to not support Safari which is why its not working even though FCK editor version 2.6 itself does work with Safari... fingers crossed there will be a new version of the provider soon

The upgrade could be done by just copying the FCK code into the corresponding folder. The problem is that provider 1.0.9 include a hard coded verification of browser versions that will create problems in the desired browsers when detecting them

Please try the provider 2.0.2 as it is stated in the pinned post in this forum.
