Hi felixhelix

Thanks for the advice - commenting out the section made no difference.   I have since taken your advice and inserted "div" instead.

Re: FCKConfig.FillEmptyBlocks - now  "false" .  The &160; has caused so many problems, I was forced to create  html file and IFrame to a folder on my site to a .js calculator which I had inserted into text/html module, because the &160; kept jumping into the code and causing it to break.

Thanks.

Lynn

Hi felixhelix

I changed the FCKConfig.FillEmptyBlocks from "true" to "false" in

Portal\Providers\HtmlEditorProviders\Fck\Custom\fckconfig.js and
Portal\Providers\HtmlEditorProviders\Fck\Custom\fckconfigsecure.js

The got rid of the &160;   Thanks for your help.

But it replaced it with :

Which consequently jumps into "the deliberatley left" empty spaces in my html code and causes it to break  the function of the connected javascript code, which is vital to the site.

I have since changed the

FCKConfig.FillEmptyBlocks to "false" in  \Providers\HtmlEditorProviders\Fck\FCKeditor \ fckconfig.js

I have restarted application, refreshed page, cleared cache -  how long do I need to wait.  Still the    jumps back into any available empty space,  upon save - I am sure it is playing some sort of game and laughing at me -  " you can't catch me - ner ner ner ner ner! "

Is there something else I can do?

Anybody?

Lynn
