When the provider was manually upgraded, have you included the new property in the web.config section as per instructions?

Am I looking for any new property in particular? I've re-checked my FckHtmlEditorProvider section line by line against the install.txt and it has the same properties - although I have custom settings for toolbars and galleries.

I've upgraded through 02.00.01, then 02.00.02 beta, then to 02.00.03. This error just started on the last version, where I also noted the two new HTML encode settings in the customisation screen. Does one of those have to be checked by default perhaps.. they are both unchecked.

Adding to the above...

The error is saying that it can't load the "Reverse HTML Encode output FCK setting". Where is this settting normally to be found?

Rob,

please check as well the settings inside /providers/htmleditorproviders/fck/custom/fckconfig.js, there might be a setting misconfigured, either by a previous version or a manual tweak.
