Evgeny, can this technique be used for the Documents module?

Is there anyway to have the Documents module write the ‘full path’ to the document rather than the ‘linkclick.asp code’?
I would like the ‘full path’ automatically inserted when adding documents using the File (A File On Your Site) option, rather than manually having to enter the path using the URL (A Link To An External Resource) option.
What source code needs to be changed to achieve this in the Documents module for DNN v5.1.4?

Many thanks.

Sorry for delay...

Unfortunataly, I do not have possibility to check document module now. May be next week...

Look like document module does not use fkeditor provider to provide url.

You can try to add some changes to source code of the document module and use this on your site...

Hi Evgeny, as I am not very conversant with editing source code, it would be most appreciated if you could take a look at this when you have time, and then advise on the code needs to be changed.

Many thanks
