Hi,
I'm having exactly the same problem.  Can upload fine when logged in as host, but not admin.
I have a clean install of DNN 4.3.4 and the latest version of FCKEditor downloaded from the DNN source project just a couple of days ago.

i have <identity impersonate="true" userName="myhostaccount" password="******" /> in web.config

works fine uploading logged in as admin using the file manager.

when i use FreeTextBox as the htmlEditor provider the image upload in that works fine too.

Is there any resolution to this issue yet??

Thanks
Tim

For everyone having this error, I need to know if the problem described by Scott is not the problem (A problem created by DNN 3.3.0-2 and 4.3.0-2)

The Scott's blog: http://dotnetnuke.com/Community/Blogs/tabid/825/EntryID/484/Default.aspx

Can you please review if it could be your case? I think a simple review of your database could be enough by following the Scott's post

No, It's not.

I have a fresh install of DNN333 and no upgrade, and my folders table in the DB is well formed no double slashes.

There is no connection between scott's blog to this.

Thanks for a very good editor control, but I have the same problem when changing from standard edit control to FCKeditor with gallery image:

1. Only view the images have been upload on the root by host user, the admin user can not view.
2. Admin user just see the sub folder and can not upload image with error message is no permission.
