I finally figured this out...

In this version I had to change to other files. For IE the file is: \FckhtmlEditorProvider\FCKeditor\editor\jsfckeditorcode_ie.js
and for Gecko browsers: \FckhtmlEditorProvider\FCKeditor\editor\jsfckeditorcode_gecko.js

I changed the var FCKLanguageManager by changing:  ,'no':'Norwegian'   TO  ,'nb':'Norwegian'

I will now try to get the language codes for Norwegian in place in the FCKeditor source - both nb and nb-NO

Hope this can help someone else.
