I have reverted to 1006 for now - I need to get the site published

At least with 1006 - you can manually remove the domain returned

So the example shown above is now fixed

However, 1006 seems to have other issues with absolute links with images - which 1007 appears to fix

So would appreciate if this issue could be followed up

ive seen another post which confirms this is not an isolated issue - any feedback?

This is a major problem for me too, as it completely bypasses the FriendlyURL implementation.

Any plans to fix?

Yes we are experiencing the same problems and no, using LinkClick is not good for search engines.

Some of the DNN upgrades amaze me, why would this be changed from the previous version?

Again, will an update be provided to fix this?
