I think I know the fix for this issue.  I am working on it today and hopefully we can ersolve it for 5.0.1.

The Skinning Engine (Skin.vb) was significantly refactored in 5.0 (it was becoming unmanageble).

If someone has a simple module they can let me test it with - it would help considerably. (please see this Gemini issue).

Is there any way to get the code to fix this problem (i think also described here: http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Community/Forums/tabid/795/forumid/118/threadid/282276/scope/posts/Default.aspx) ?

Once 5.0.1 is yet to be released...

Thank you very much!

I've just downloaded and installed DotNetNuke 5.0.1 and this issue doesn't appear to have been fixed (unless I'm doing something wrong, of course!).  I basically wrote up a Communicator and a Listener module as per sample code in the Professional DotNetNuke Module Programming book by Mitchell Sellers and it gave me nothing.  I have yet to step through what might be happening, but I thought that I might be able to save myself some time and find out what the status of this issue was in V5.0.1.
