In an ascx skin you could use this:

<% If DotNetNuke.Security.PortalSecurity.IsInRoles(PortalSettings.AdministratorRoleName) OR PortalSettings.Current.UserInfo.IsSuperUser then %>
     Admin or SuperUser
<% End If %>

Replace Admin or SuperUser with the NAV skin object

Can someone provide a C# version of this? I've tried with no success.

You should be able to use C# too, please beware C# is cases sensitive.
(which was the issue when people asked about #C in skins before)

I understand. But this code copied/pasted directly doesn't work in DNN7 skins (C#).
