I am having the same problem with the PDF files. I am using DNN 4.3.4 and IE7 RC1.

Very frustrating!

An update:  There's a core fix for this on the way.  That is, initial testing of DNN 4.3.5 (done by core team members, not me) appears to fix this problem.

3.3.x versions are the same code (in general) as their corresponding 4.3.x versions.  So yes, the same fix will be introduced for DNN 3.3.x

I'm getting the same problem and I believe this is good workaround. I have DNN 4.3.4, and when I add a link using the 'Create Link' button in the Rich Text Editor, it creates the following HTML for the link:
<A href="http://www.myurl.comPortals0document.pdf">click here</A>

I modified this to read:
<A href="http://www.myurl.com/Portals/0/document.pdf">click here</A>

This seems to work for me now.

Regards,
Bryan
