Received an error when trying to install RazorHost from Host > Install Available Extension. Was able to install Announcements and Events modules.

Unfortunately, there were no descriptive error messages.

Just:
"Error Installing Module(s):
RazorHost (01.00.01)"

I got a more detailed error.

Error Installing Module(s):
RazorHost (01.00.01) at System.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String maybeFullPath) at System.IO.FileStream.Init(String path, FileMode mode, FileAccess access, Int32 rights, Boolean useRights, FileShare share, Int32 bufferSize, FileOptions options, SECURITY_ATTRIBUTES secAttrs, String msgPath, Boolean bFromProxy) at System.IO.FileStream..ctor(String path, FileMode mode, FileAccess access) at DotNetNuke.Services.Upgrade.Upgrade.InstallPackage(String strFile, String packageType, Boolean writeFeedback) at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.Extensions.BatchInstall.InstallPackageItems(String packageType, CheckBoxList list, Label errorLabel, String errorKey)

You have to copy System.Web.WebPages.Deployment over to the bin folder from Razor Host Module 01.00.00. Razor host module 01.00.01 has been without System.Web.WebPages.Deployment since initial deployment???????

DNN (6.0.0.444) work's great on a new clean install. Upgrade still gives duplicate key error over 5.2.2 or the first version of 6.0.

Hi everyone,

I've also got the error code "Error Installing Module(s):
RazorHost (01.00.01)" when trying to install RazorHost 01.00.01.

However, I find the solution Don gives hard to understand (I'm a beginner when it comes to DNN).
I hope someone can tell me the steps I have to take to make RazorHost work?

Thank you in advance!
