Have you seen Dave Bush's fix for this problem? His workaround works for us since 6.2.X. Nevertheless it would be really helpful if this bug would be fixed in the core.

Thanks for staying on this Jan.  I have raised the issue to Shaun and the product team and we are looking at how we work around some Medium Trust issues that are impacting Telerik and for which there are no easy answers.
