I have been left given a site to maintain that was created in DotNetNuke.  Unfortunately the site developers are not rushing to give me any help.

I want to add some new pages so have been using the copy page facility.  When my pages are created they have every module of the original page duplicated twice (all be it with no data).

Is this down to a template or something similar that has got corrupted?  Perhaps there are things to set whilst copying pages, but  I've tried all the Options regarding modules?

Any help gratefully received.

Thanks,

Colin

Do any of the modules have the "Display on all pages" option set?

Hi Mitchel,

Yes they do have display on all pages.  But the modules seem to be duplicates of ones that need to be displayed on all pages.

Regards,

Colin

So don't create a page by copying the original page , as you said that there are modules which configure as "Displayed on all pages" so just create a new page and it will contains all the modules which has "Displayed on all pages" and then add the additional modules to the page.

I've been deleting modules and copying pages and creating new pages, but the extra modules appear. Is there a template somewhere that has these extra modules?
