I would like to change the portal site name (http://192.168.nn.nn/dotnetnuke) without reinstalling DNN is there a way to do this?

Thanks

you need to rename the virtual directory in your web server, usually done using IIS manager.

I'm setup as an application under the default web site... would editing the application do the same thing?

you need to install dnn in the root of a web site or virtual directory in IIS.

Say I have a site "www. testingUsaStates.org", and since I live in Connecticut the DNN is under "www. testingUsaStates.org/CT". What if I want - as a host to add New York, so it will be "www. testingUsaStates.org/NY", what should I do?
