Which version of Documents did you install? The Documents module version 4.01.01 and 4.01.02 have some packaging problems. If you version of DotNetNuke is 4.09.05 or later you should download and install Documents version 4.01.00 from http://dnndocuments.codeplex.com/rele... . Uninstall Documents module 4.01.01 or 4.01.02 using the Host -->Extensions page before installing Documents 4.01.00.

Hello

I can only see that I can delete the module, not uninstall it... if I delete the 4.1.1 version will that be ok before I upload the next version?

thankyou

When logged in as host user, go to the Host --> Extensions page and find the listing for the Documents module version 4.01.01. Click on the red X to the left of the Documents module listing. Check the box "Delete Files" Then click the "Uninstall Package" link button. That will uninstall the module completely.

Thank you for your reply.  I have access as an Administrator only... how would I find out who the host user is and/or how do I get the same permissions?
