We outsourced creation of a DNN website. We have a dysfunctional "contact form".

Just for testing purposes, I added a junk Google account to SMTP settings. I ran the test, and it succesfully sent a "thank you for contacing This Company..." email to the junk Google account.

The specific problems we have is that when I enter our actual SMTP settings, the test says email successfulyl sent, but we have no idea where the email goes, if anywhere.

What can I start checking? I am new to this CMS but I have a July 1 deadline for the launch.

I am unable to find a reference in the store or in codeplex, this seems to be either a custom control or part of the skin package. Please check Host > Extensions for further details regarding the developer/vendor of the module or skin object.

Cheers from Germany,
