I created a child portal, but cannot figure out how to add a page to the child site vs. the parent site.  How do you designate which site the page belongs to?

HI, all sites are independent of each other, you just need to be logged in to the child site, then your new pages will be added to it.

That's what I thought, but when I log in, it takes me to the parent site.  When I go back to the child site, it doesn't show me as being logged in at all.  This is all straight out of the box.  Thanks.

Oh, I am logged in as the super user.

That's strange. When logged in as host/superuser, you should be able to navigate to child sites and stay logged in, I do that with 6 child sites on one of my installs all the time. Even more strange that you are taken back to the parent site when trying to log in to it directly. Sorry, can't think what the problem is off the top of my head.

Thanks.  That helps me.  Could it be that I have them both mapped to the dotnetnuke directory?  When I mapped the child to its portal directory, I got a "can't find a DNN module" error which I don't remember.  But that folder doesn't have a default.aspx page, and I read that the one at the dnn root is a gateway for them all anyway.  Should they both be mapped to the same folder?
