i mean i didn't create another config file in or out side the root folder, but an existing web.config file fund under /httpdocs was edit, but a <system.Web > or < customError > wasn't found in that exsiting web.config file,

well i got a web.config file from the backup and i can see tag then under it, so whats the next should i do?
