Hi all,

I am currently running DNN 6.15 and has this error message: "A critical error has occurred. Non-negative number required. Parameter name: length"

Under Event View message:

you might be running an older version of Telerik, did you encounter any issues during last upgrade? When does the error show up - on any page or just for specific occasions?

I did not upgrade any version. The error was appeared on specific occasion.

when does the error show up - if a specific user logs in, on a single page, in a specific browser only?

Hi Sebastian,

The error showed up after log in. They tended to happen on Chrome and Firefox more often. It is hard to tell when the critical error occur. I could click back on forth for few times and they popped the critical error. There were no specific pages and it can happen any given time.
