My DNN site was happily displaying the logo in the top left corner, until I tried to change to another image. Immediately reverted back to the original file and still no luck. The site settings show that there is an image loaded but that image doesn't show on the page. The favicon is working but not the main logo.

Looked at the HTML and there's no reference to an image within dnn_dnnLOGO_hypLogo where it appears on our other DNN sites. Tried changing the skin and still no luck. Any ideas what might be causing the loss of the logo?

are you on a single or mulilingual DNN?
Which DNN version are you running?

Claire,

If this is a multilingual site: Check if you have the logo on any other of the available languages.

It could also be a caching issue... Please try to restart the application (login as host, you find the relevant option in the Tools menu).

If this does not help: Please check if the logo is at the intended place (using the file manager in the Admin menu), and if everybody has read permissions in this folder.

Happy DNNing!
Michael

Lastly, clear the cache to be sure that the old setting has stuck in the system.

Hi Sebastian,

We're on a multilingual DNN and we're using English (US), English (UK) and English (NZ).

The DNN version if 7.2.1
