If it is indeed an HTML issue from inside your module you may still be able to edit the module on the page management screen if you have admin access. 

Admin -> Page Management, click one the page in question, there should be a module list for that page with edit buttons. 

Another option is try to call the edit controls www.yoursite.com/pagename//ctl/Edit/mid/ # Change out # with the module number if you can figure that from viewing the page source or another method.
