Hi,
I have created a page called Test1 on DNN root site. After that I have created a subsite called Sub1.
Now I want to copy the page Test1 on root site to the new subsite.   How do I achieve this ?

I don't think you are able to copy the entire page, but it is possible to copy the modules to a page on a sub-site. Though, it's not possible out of the box. You would need to add functionality to be able to do this.

Here are some links that may be helpful:

I would test these out on a testing instance of DNN before putting into production.

You may use export in page settings, move the exported page to the other site file system and import the page.

DNN files are located in /portals/[portalid] subfolder of your website folder on IIS webserver.
