Hi All, I am stuck with new user registration email sent functionality. I have changed admin email address so that when new user registered at that time email can be sent to admin user. But still it sends the email to old email address. That email address is no longer exists to User Accounts also when i check with host credentials. Also my SMTP details are also working well. If i verify and authorize new users then system sends email automatically to that new user that you have been successfully authorized. But I am confused that why still system sends email to old email of admin. How can i change email address ? Also I want to ask that i am getting problem in sending email when i select Site Settings > User Account Settings > Verified option. It does not send email. But when i select Private option it sends email to new user that is registered. I hope i will get response. I will be very thankful. Warm Regards, Nirav.

usually the email address is taken from the user account, selected as Administrator in Admin > Site Settings (2nd tab).
Are you using default DNN registration module?

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. Yes I am using default registration module. The sender email address sends email but I have changed receiver email address of admin from second tab as you mentioned. But still it is taking old email address to send email. Please let me know why this is happening.?

this is very weird. are you using SMTP configuration from Host Settings or Admin > Site Settings?

Hi,
No I am using from Host Settings > Advanced Settings > SMTP Server Settings. And when I click Test SMTP Settings button, system sends email and works.
