I think you should read this forum post http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/F... and you should contact your Hoster to help to fix this vulnerability!

All infected files have to cleaned or replaced with the origninal files.

The host says that they applied the patch http://kb.parallels.com/en/113321 months ago. 

I'm stumped how to proceed.  Since it only took a couple of days after changing passwords and installing DNN 6.2, for the Blackhole Exploit problem to re-emerg -- I really don't know what to try next.

Accepted Answer 

So if you using a hosting only (no server access) the only you can do is to replace your dnn files with the files from the same version.  If you replace a uninfected version from a backup you have also to replace the database to the same version (same date as your file backup).

Cleaning the server from viruses are a taskt of the server admin!

The host admin said that he deleted a few infected files, and now it seems to be free of the Exploit.  Now, I have to get him to do the same for another of my sites.
