this is not a DNN issue - the problem is happening in asp.net when it attempts to decrypt something (more than likely the viewstate of the page) - this can happen for various reasons such as using an incorrectly configured setup (e.g. azure federation without having the same machine keys), I recommend reviewing the top searches at https://www.google.co.uk/?gws_rd=ssl#... for ideas of what to look at.

Everything we have done has not helped. However further research reveals this to be related every time to DNNEvents=EventMonth.ascx. That would indicate an issue with the Events module yes? We have updated to the latest build of that module

I did post this to the module and now almost a year later we have complete created a new VM instance and setup in a completely new data center. The DNN istance is the latest 7.4 version and the errors persist. I am baffled to say the least.

Disallow: /ScriptResource.axd
Disallow: /combinescriptshandler.axd
Disallow: /WebResource.axd
