What I meant was, in the contacts module, when the user submits the form, it will be sent automatically to the site administrator's (or whatever recipient it was set to) email address right? Please correct me if I'm wrong. If I'm going to use the Form Module as a contact us or get a quote module, is there an email relay functionality with the module? Thanks.

ah, you are referring to Feedback module, not Contacts (which was a kind of a site phonebook). yes, if you enable FnL in forms mode, you may send email to the moderators.
