I have been with DNN Support and am still having an issues with accessing images and file via the html pro Rad Editor.  We did install the CK editor and have the same issues, also rescyned many times.  It is taking 1 to 2 minutes to bring back the files in the viewer both thumbnail and grid view when clicking or browsing a folder in the editor.   It seems to get stuck at the Request sent Waiting (TTFB) content download section - http://portalcms/DesktopModules/Admin/RadEditorProvider/DialogHandler.aspx?tabid=55&DialogName=ImageManager&UseRSM=true&Skin=Black&Title=Image+Manager&doid=8d44e9bd-6e5a-49c2-801d-ef5aa9f71509&dpptn=&rndnum=1448049291777&PreselectedItemUrl=%2fportals%2f0%2fImages%2fhomepage175x80%2fDriverQuad_2.j

Any ideas is a certain piece of our infrastucture should be looked at which could cause this?  Our smaller child portals file manager in html Pro work fine just the main portal has the issues.

how many files are there in the folder? AFAIK DNN doesn't scale well with more than hundred files in a folder.

Hi sebastian, over a thousand in total are in the images folders. They are broken up into sub folders under images. Any suggestions?

Which DNN version are you running? some database issues have been fixed in recent versions, I took another way for optimizing the database in my TurboDNN scripts.
You may backup your database and try applying it, to check the difference. Please read instructions carefully first.
