I am testing the 5.0 rc with DNNsoft's Aggregator 5.5, and there is a problem with how the module menu renders. Instead of popping up under the dropdown symbol, it renders below and to the left, sometimes reachable and sometimes not. I have tried different tab skins, and the problem is greater or less, but always present. Outside of aggregator, the menu renders fine, but inside, it doesn't. I don't know if this is an issue for Events or for Aggregator, but I don't see this problem with other modules.

Please test and rectify, both modules are important, and aggregating multiple events modules is a very cool thing to do!

I'm not sure if this is a typo or if you are still using the beta / release canidate. However, DNN 5.0.1 has been released, and you might want to download and try your tests again. I don't have access to the Aggregator module, so I can't help with anything more specific.

Sorry, should have been more specific. I am running DNN 4.9.2 community, testing the still beta Events 5.0.

Hi,

Equally I don't have access to the Aggregator, (I also couldn't locate it from a quick scan on Google!). I'm not sure the module is doing anything specific that would upset the menu. All it does is add items to the menu, which is the same for any module. Unfortunately without access to the Aggregator module or even understand what it is trying to do, I'm rather stuck.

Cheers
Roger

Hi Roger,

I have an installable fully functional demo copy of Aggregator located here, http://www.dnnstuff.com/Download/tabid/298/forumid/15/postid/1372/view/topic/language/en-US/Default.aspx if you want to test it out. I'll do the same and see what is going on.

I've had the odd error with some modules and if I turn on the 'supports partial rendering' flag on the module it clears it up.
