Oh doesn't it?; Choose moderate events, then choose "Select view to moderate; Event or Enrollment.

You get a listing of whoever tried to enroll for whatever event. Seems to moderate enrollments to me, not events...Event moderation is TURNED OFF.

Sure enough, I missed that radio button to change the view... Sorry about that.

Which incidently answers my other question.  Thanks!
