Hi everyone! I am a new dnn user and I love it so far. I would very much to ask for assistance from anyone here.

I am working on the front page of my website and I want to setup a small calendar that will use my "main" event calendar as a sub calendar. What I would like is to only show the numerical dates, but not the name of the event itself. I tried to configure it, but I can not find a way to remove the name of the event from the small calendar. Can anyone assist please?

I am use DNN 4.09.03 with Events 5.00.03

Hi Martin, In the month view section of settings, untick the Enable Month View cell Events text box. This will hide the events, and make the date clickable so you can get to a day view showing the events for the day. Cheers, Roger

Thank you very much for the reponse. When I unticked the option you instructed, the event name was replaced with the wording "1 event(s)".

 

Is there any way to remove that? I do want to keep it in small calendar format with month view, but do not want any thing to fill the cells except for the numerical dates.

I guess I do not see an option for it anywhere in the module.

Hi Martin,

Go to the template settings at the bottom of the Module Settings. Then edit the. Month View No Cell Events Text' template.

I'm new to DNN and would like this functionality as well.  What should I change on the Month View No Cell Events Text to only show that something is happening on that date and when you mouse over the date it shows you what is there.
