Michael,

The events module should only set back-ground colours within the limits of the module content. Certainly it isn't controlling the #DNN6 tag in your css. If you can turn off 'Enable Composite Files' in Client Resource Management in Host Settings, and put the page so it appears with the background, I'll endeavour to find th exact error.

Alternatively feel free to email me at webmaster at the domain in my profile, where I'll request host access to your site to investigate further.

Cheers
Roger

BY the way I should have said, it looks fine for me at the moment. Not sure if you have the events module where you want it on the page though.

I agree, it isn't where it should be. I am going to ask the customer if I can move it to the left column to make it more visible.

I made the Host Settings change you requested. Should I change the layout to wipe the background image?

Yep change the layout and see if the background disappears, then let me know when you have done that. I'll try to look within a couple of hours.

OK, so after all that I did to recreate this at will earlier today, the module is not affecting the background at all. I closed and reopened the browser between. Perhaps the skin changes I made earlier didn't apply completely. (grasping straws)

If it happens again, i will try to get something reproducable for you on a website I can give you admin priv.

Thanks for your help.

Mike
