Not quite sure what to suggest. I know what line of code it is firing from in the module itself 'Microsoft.VisualBasic.Strings.Mid(String str, Int32 Start)' is only called in one place in the TokenOneParameter method. So I'd need to do some figuring out of what might cause an out of memory error in the call to Mid.

I guess it would be good to know which call to TokenReplaceEvent in the PageLoad is triggering the error, then understanding what is in the template.To find this out you could install the debug files available on the CodePlex download page (no need to do the web.config change described in the download package), this would then give a line number stack trace. If you are into looking at the code, the source is on the download page and you could see what template is being used and whether there is anything strange in it.

If all that doesn't produce an obvious answer then I would look to get host access on your dev site (it looks as if it is accessible on the internet) on my return. If so mail me at webmaster @ the domain in my profile.

If you do get any more information tonight (22:30 here in the UK) I may get a few minutes to look tomorrow morning before I set off on a 10 hour drive north to Scotland for some scuba diving :-)
