Got me fooled on this one. Assuming your users are all working to the same timezone you can set the Primary Display Time Zone to "Module", which should force all output to the configured Event Time Zone.

I'm not aware of any timezone configuration based on browser parameters... :-( You could also make sure the user has the correct timezone configured against them in their User Profile.

I'm not sure what you mean by:

"you can set the Primary Display Time Zone to "Module", which should force all output to the configured Event Time Zone."

but all my users are EST and the Event Time Zone in the calendar's main settings is also set to EST.

You will see a setting below the timezone selection box in the module settings that allows you to select between User/Module/Portal. Try setting it to Module.

My apologizes but I checked the calendar module settings and I don't see any setting that is similar to what you're describing. Perhaps I'm in the wrong area. The only module settings I know of contain the tabs "Module Settings," "Permissions," and "Page Settings"

You are looking at the general DNN module settings.

The events module has it's own set of settings. Access it from the icon toolbar of the Events module (should be located top right on a standard DNN skin/container layout).
