 Hi,

Thanks for your help. I upgrade my DNN as per your suggestion, First upgrade from 04.05.01 to 04.06.02   and from 04.06.02  to  04.09.05. Till this I check my portal and was working fine but once i upgrade from 04.09.05 to 05.02.03 my portal working fine but getting following error while accessing Forms, actually we are using Document Exchange Pro 3 PA to maintain our document version. 

 

Error

A critical error has occurred.
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

 

Can you please assist me where i am going wrong.
