I just saw in the error message this:

Could not load file or assembly 'DotNetNuke.HttpModules' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified. (d:\hosting\sigboliger\web.config line 64)

I can not find it eider in the web.config - should it be there?

2) Set apppol DNN542 as application pool for this website (that we are working).
3) Stop IIS and/or this website and/or Default Web Site
4) Remove all directories and files from: \Windows\Framework/v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.Net Files"
