not sure what happened here, as that update runs before the columns are later dropped (a series of ALTER TABLE {databaseOwner}{objectQualifier}Modules later in the script). This could happen if the scripts ran twice (though i'm not sure how you would do that). Did you upgrade using a beta version of 5.5.0 before?

No, I upgraded from a stable 5.4.4 to a stable 5.5.0.
