Ok, so my compatibility mode is at 80; and no way to turn it to 90; so i'm making the assumption that i'm using SQL Management Studio 2005; with SQL 2000... As far as the log request; I stated it was empty; there was nothing in it even though the error said to take a look at it. As far as the permissions for ASP4.0 is concerned I've already created the user in IIS for permissions and given it full rights and has dbowner permissions. I'm going to see if my IT department can look in to upgrading SQL to 2005 if it is in fact on 2000.

 SQL Compatibility of 80 = SQL 2000

 SQL Compatibility of 90 = SQL 2005

Why not SQL 2008? Will give you a longer lifespan. BTW, compatibility mode for SQL 2008 is 100 :-)
