I'm not sure if this is directly related or not, but I figured I'd throw it out here for thought. When I set pages node attribute viewStateEncryptionMode to Always and have compression turned on (GZip or Deflate), I get script errors in ScriptResource.axd when I mouse over any module's action menu. If I remove the viewStateEncryptionMode="Always" from the pages element or turn off compression or both, everything works fine.

I will give the WatchersNET module actions menu a try on my test site and see how it goes.

Scratch that. I think I had a caching issue. The error happens when I have compression enabled - GZip or Deflate - regardless of other settings.

This has already been logged in Gemini http://support.dotnetnuke.com/issue/ViewIssue.aspx?id=14841&PROJID=2
I am pushing to have it added to 5.6.2 early next week.

Sebastian, That action menu alternative you suggested looks awesome. Unfortunately, I can't get it to work properly in my container for some reason. I see that it's registering scripts and css in the page output, but nothing is rendered in the HTML. -JB
