Hi Philip,

Thanks again for the follow up but I am using the Dark Knight skin, and the popup.ascx is the same as you've shown above and I still have the issue.

Thanks for the input Philip, but this not working for me either - whether popUpSkin.ascx is present or not, when I put just "editor.css" in HTML Manager, the editor is defaulting to /Portals/_default/Skins/DarkKnight/editor.css, regardless of which skin is loaded or portal that the skin resides in.

When "/editor.css" is entered into in HTML Manager, it defaults to /Portals/_default/Skins/DarkKnight//editor.css - even though popUpSkin.ascx is present in the skin file.

I was able to solve this problem in a DNN 7.2.1 install by adding popupskin.ascx (not popup.ascx) and editor.css to my skin directory. As Phillip Beatle pointed out above, popupskin.ascx should have the following content:

<%@ Control Language="C#" CodeBehind="~/DesktopModules/Skins/skin.cs" AutoEventWireup="false" Inherits="DotNetNuke.UI.Skins.Skin" %>
