When I open the webpage in Internet Explorer, below are the errors I am getting. Does this help at all? The text is not the font it is supposed to be nor is the spacing correct. And the white bar below our logo is normally a yellow bar with tabs and drop down menus.

I would take a look at the requests/responses stream using a tool such as Fiddler2, looking particularly for 404 errors in the requests for JavaScript files then if any errors are noted check to see if the missing Javascript files are actually present or not present and if present in the correct version for DNN 6.02.00. The key ones would be found in the site's /js folder and the /Resources/shared and /Resources/shared/jquery folders.

If you are using a third-party skin which makes use of the JD Menu also note that unless recently updated for DNN 6.x the skin's JD Menu will load an earlier version of jQuery as well as several other js scripts that will conflict with the later versions included with DNN 6.x. I recently purchased a "compatible with DNN 6" marked skin which used the JD Menu and which when installed in DNN 6.1.5 resulted in similar issues as you are seeing.
