I just did an upgrade from 6.2.0 to 6.2.1 with no errors. When I logged back in, the message center is not working. It looks like all my messages are gone and I can't even get to the 2 unread messages from the login control. Please help,

Chip,

Can you check the EventLog to make sure that there are no hidden errors?

I do have a couple errors in the event log since the upgrade, but not during the upgrade.

Since this is a live production site, I want to attempt to resolve this issue as soon as possible. So here is some additional information that may help:

Neither the Message Center nor the QandA module in profile view are rendering correctly. It looks like the content for each tab is stacking on top of each other. The message center is not loading any of the messages, but the QandA module is loading its content (but stacked). The weird thing is that for the Administrator user (not the host nor any other user), it seems to be working appropriately. Messages and tabs are working fine for admin. What's the problem with the rest. I tried changing to the DarkKnight skin to see if that was it (even though that wouldn't explain why admin is working fine), but it wasn't anyway. Please help,

Just bumping this to the top. It has been 5 days with no response. Am I the only one experiencing this? Am I using the correct process in requesting help from the DNN employees (or any other expert)? I am genuinely grateful for any response. Thanks again,
