and that is by just adding http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/...

and check the use hosted jquery?

When i update with new Jquery i still get the error....but i was still logged in so when i go to site management i get still:

A critical error has occurred. Input string was not in a correct format.

Check your Skin files if the skin inherits it own jQuery files.  If yes contact the vendor of the skin.

As i thought it was the skin...i deleted this before updating and went back to the default skin.

Any other idea?

Have you try a restart of the application (Host Settings)?  If not done check the physical file permissions and be shure they are inherit to all files and subfolders.

Otherwise it could be any inconsistence with the database table. 

About the log is not complete posted it could also be a issue with a 3rd parity module.
