Hi all,

When I try to upgrade the live site it is showing the following error, nothing else when I enter the url in address bar (http://websitename/install/install.aspx?mode=upgrade) .

XML Parsing Error: no element found
Location: http://dev.pioj.gov.jm/install/install.aspx?mode=upgrade
Line Number 1, Column 1:

Can anyone guide what could be the reason for this, please guide me.

Thanks

Sansugoi

it looks like the files have not properly been replaced. did you make sure to unblock the zip you downloaded before extracting all DNN upgraded files?

Hi sebastian,

Thanks for reply. I have unblocked the zip file and upload through FTP all the files .  Permission I have checked and full permission is given to all the users.

Thanks
