I was trying to find the ToggleUserMode but going to Desktop Modules, there is no internalservices folder which is what I am assuming is causing this error. Looking in the 7.0.0.1 upgrade and Fresh Install Zip files and going to the DesktopModules, this folder still doesnt exist.

Can anyone tell me what this folder is or where I can get it? not being able to add modules is getting rather annoying
