the 1st message is about a stored procedure that is not there - unless you explicitly deleted it then it suggests a failed upgrade, either because the upgrade package used a different objectqualifier (if you used an install package), or else that one (or both) of the connectionstrings were wrong (again most likely if you overwrote an existing web.config by using an install package [as upgrade packages don't contain web.config files])

I finally found a satisfying solution in restoring an older backup copy I had put on a NAS server. I have to back in some days of editing works but right now this seems to be the way to go in order to be productive at least.

Thanks for all input so long! I learned a lot from you!

I would like to close this thread here but I don't know how...

Hi I am going to check this, otherwise I had send a reply that I found an older backup on a NAS server (an image from my computer) where I found a functional, but older copy.

You were right, the connection string is different!

I will see if If I can change it and get my files back!
