I'm trying to install DNN 7.3.1 on my local server server since 48 hours I cannot go throught

this my environment:
windows 7 SP1 x82
SQL server 2008 R2

I followed instructions fromm here http://www.aubrett.com/InformationTechnology/WebDevelopment/CMSPlatforms/DotNetNuke/IISSetup.aspx

I even try this software MakeDNNSite.exe but no success

The process failed at this level:
Checking folders permissions : OK
Installing DB: OK
Installing Extention: OK
Creating the web site: Error (Objet reference no set to an instance object

I love and use MakeDNNSite for all of my testing and development.  It's an amazing installer.  Just don't use it for team development or production sites.

The steps you really should follow are in the community wiki.

However, it doesn't necessarily sound like you're following the wrong steps.  You might have an issue with your IIS installation.  I'd suggest reviewing it to ensure that you have all of the proper dependencies and/or try the WPI method of installing.
