Have you found the solution to the problem yet?

If not, please check my observation based on testing your regex string at http://www.regexr.com/

Just noticed that the substitution string you proposed at the very beginning is correct except for the capital letter of "j" in the REPLACE WITH string - it should read "jobs" not "Jobs".

After this trivial correction your substitution works for me.

EDIT: You also could have escaped the forward slashes as "[^?]*\/Jobs\/([0-9]{1,3})[a-zA-z].aspx" to keep things tidy.
