Jimmy, do you have the website running at both localhost and dnndev?

Can you check to see if the desktopmodules/dnnexplained folder exists? In IIS is it a virtual directory?

The Visual Studio version was 2010, sorry about that.

Thanks for your reply, Chris.
The issue has been solved by replace the ModuleName.csproj file with 07 version to 08 version in DotNetNuke C# Compiled Module.zip.
I don't know why, but it worked.
And I created the new project into the different folder (other than under the webroot), then create a virtual directory for the website with the same name as the module's name.
So far, it works. Thanks.

Hi Chris, your video series about Taskmanager module is very interesting!

I'm wondering if is there available a tutorial without video because I'm no able to understand the listened english and if is there the same written is better for me!
