Sorry if I am getting a little snippy, Chris. Thanks for all your help. The learning process can be frustrating. I am still in mourning for the old ASP. Most everyone else has moved on and it is about time that I did so as well. So anyway, let me rephrase that last post. I get nothing in the bin test folder when I moved it to the desktop and build it. It does not build the files into that folder for some reason or into any folder as far as I can tell. I don't think building the files is actually doing anything at all. I must be doing something wrong and I have no idea what.

Oh man...i have screwed everything up. It seems I changed the parameter count in some places and not in others. This getvendors has apparently different definitions for different situations every where. It is all over the place. I am trying to put it back so that it works, and i even re-installed the original install vendor files, but it still gives me parameter count errors.
